Stand Together to Stop #Trumpbullying
Are you suffering from lack of sleep? Feeling anxious? Are you suddenly losing friends or avoiding any social situations where the Presidential nominations may come up? Have you stopped watching the GOP debates after 5 minutes? Are you avoiding the news media’s wall-to-wall coverage of Trump’s seemingly inevitable road to the GOP nomination for President?
If so, then you are showing classic signs of being bullied by Donald Trump and his supporters! And you’re not alone. Donald Trump has been called many names, but there is one thing he is for sure: a bully. And when an adult bully obtains a position of power he becomes something even more dangerous: a tyrant.
Take a stand right now against #Trumpbullying by tweeting and sharing on Facebook:
Stand together! We won’t be bystanders to #Trumpbullying! Join us at www.stophatedumptrump.com
We all can agree that if there’s no room in our schools for bullies, surely we don’t want one as our president and Commander-in-Chief. Bullies shut down the democratic process through fear, humiliation, and domination. There is only one way to stop a bully: Stand up to them. Together.
Pledge now to be an Upstander not a bystander in the face of #Trumpbullying!
Upstanders are people who stand up against demeaning language, slurs, or jokes. Whether someone is being bullied in person or online, upstanders take note and mobilize the entire community to end harassment, threats, and violence. Bystanders are silent. Upstanders live out loud.
We refuse to be bullied, and we don’t want the rest of the world to be bullied by any American President. We need a President who leads with compassion, not fear, inspires hope, not dread, and who addresses conflicts, not one who escalates them.
Difficult times call for brave action. Tell your friends to join us at www.stophatedumptrump.com and stand together with us against #Trumpbullying!
